Annual reports
In accordance with the Public Sector Act 2009 and the Health Care Act 2008, we submit annual reports for tabling in Parliament.
These reports provide an accurate account of the operations of the Health Performance Council for the financial year ending 30 June, in compliance with the Department of the Premier and Cabinet Circular on Annual Reporting Requirements.
